Xerox and Xeikon Partnership
ROCHESTER, NEW YORK,—
Xerox and Flint Group Digital Xeikon (FGDX) have entered into a new strategic partnership that will see Xerox offer digital presses under the Xerox brand based on Xeikon’s technology. The agreement will see Xerox integrate Xeikon technology into its production print portfolio, combining its presses with the Xerox Production Ecosystem,
established sales and service channels, workflow automation software, finishing offerings, remote services, and global support infrastructure. Xerox said the partnership will strengthen its position in high-growth segments and create new opportunities in digital packaging, labels, and commercial print applications. The first press as part of the partnership, sold and serviced by Xerox, will be branded under the Xerox name and enhanced with Xerox-developed software, integration and service capabilities. The two companies said additional details, including availability and product specifications, will be “announced in the coming months”.
