NAGANO, JAPAN—  The SC-V4000 model adds has a small footprint, the latest model is designed for businesses operating in limited spaces and in the production of personalized items. Features include a 10-colour inkset range using Ultrachrome UV inks, delivering an “expanded colour gamut, improved gradation and reduced graininess”.  An A1+ (23" x 33) table size the machine can print two A2(17" x 23") items simultaneously and can print at 300dpi using three PrecisionCore printheads with 400 nozzles per row, allowing for three-layer printing on white, colour and varnish. The printer can produce printing details at 2pt and up to 200mm thick and a UV DTFilm helps handle curved and challenging substrates. While an automatic media height sensor and jam detection system aim to enhance operational efficiency, prevent printhead crashes and reduce downtime.
