SCARBOROUGH,ONTARIO—  Best Deal Graphics and Printing has completed installation of a new Komori GLX 1040 RP Advance Ex Edition double coater press. This is the first of its kind in the world. Able to print 5 over 5 while coating both sides of the sheet with AQ and LED UV coatings. The GLXRP uses a common gripper and never turns the sheet for perfecting work with no marking & a substantial paper savings.The new GLXRP also comes with the highest level of automation including fully automatic plate changers, PDC-SX automatic colour and register control and  more. The press is equipped with a GEW LED curing system for inks and coating in addition to IR drying for aqueous coatings on both sides of the sheet in one pass.
