—  Florian Baumgartner has been appointed as the CEO of the Vistaprint Division of Cimpress, taking over from Robert Keane, who will retain his roles as chairman of the board and CEO at Cimpress. Baumgartner, who joined Vistaprint and the company’s executive team in October 2019. He has overseen Vistaprint’s international country teams and manufacturing operations, global promotional products business, customer care, and design and service, including Depositphotos, VistaCreate, and 99designs by Vista.Baumgartner previously held management roles at Amazon where he developed and scale the European Retail and International Fresh businesses. Before that, he was a  consultant at McKinsey and Company, advising retailers and FMCG businesses in growth and efficiency. Robert Keane founded Cimpress in 1995, started Vistaprint in 1999, and returned as Vistaprint’s CEO in 2019.
