Fourth largest book printer in North America
The assets of North America's fourth largest book printer has been bought by Hilco Global and North East Printing Machine. They plan to sell  the assets, offset presses, digital presses, bindery equipment, CTP systems and intellectual assets ( logos, domains, customers lists). The assets will be sold off in a series of four sales the first starting in July and the last in last in September.

It is expected to be one of the largest sales of printing equipment in the last twenty five years. Edwards Brothers Malloy with sales of over $100 million ran into problems with pension problems and a shift  in the book market. The family run company was over 125 years old.
