 Rollem International has unveiled Cardistry®, a next-generation automated platform engineered for high-volume playing card, trading card and collectible card production. The system integrates slitting, cutting and collating into a single inline workflow, eliminating traditional multi-stage handling and significantly reducing labour dependency. The system handles sheet sizes up to 1020 x 830mm and substrates ranging from 200–500gsm.

Finished card sizes range from 78 x 48mm to 148 x 118mm. A PLC-controlled touchscreen interface provides real-time diagnostics and operational transparency, while high-grade mechanical components ensure stability at speed. Cardistry is available in two models: the SL (Single Line) system, capable of processing up to 1,800 sheets per hour, and the DL (Double Line) configuration, featuring dual cutting and collating sections delivering up to 3,200 sheets per hour. Rollem was founded in 1963, Rollem International is a manufacturer   of Die Cutting, Slitting, Scoring, Creasing, Perforating, Semi-Slitting, Collating and Card Pack Production machinery. With in-house engineering staff for customized configurations, their goal is to provide printers with automated, high-quality finishing equipment enabling them to deliver excellent quality products to their customers.
