—  Fujifilm has launched its Revoria PC2120 digital press featuring "game changing’ additions. Under the tagline "this changes everything", the PC2120 press introduces an expanded colour gamut featuring a newly developed green toner. Used alongside the existing pink, this allows the press to match 93% of Pantone colours. The flagship Revoria features six-colour printing using CMYK and two speciality toners. With the extended gamut, Fujifilm said the vivid colours closely match RGB colours that designers see on screens.   Fujifilm had adopted new technologies too drastically evolve the digital printing workflow. The machine met the company’s strategic goals to create new value in automation with AI and “bringing our strengths to the next level. Other highlights of the new machine, which was launched in Japan at the end of last year, include an automatic colour separation feature that converts RGB data into CMYK layers plus green and pink speciality layers. There is also a new substrate profiler that uses AI to analyze loaded paper and recommends optimal settings.
