Elite Bindery Acquires RS Superior
SCARBOROUGH, TORONTO—
Elite Bindery and Mail Solutions has bought RS Superior Bindery. All RS Superior's equipment and staff are moving to Elite Bindery's plant by the end of March. RS Superior has about 21,000 sq.ft. in Pickering and a staff of 19. Stan Parto will become Director of Sales & Business Operations and Ron St. Cyr will become Production Manager for the combined operation. Elite Bindery is the combination of Tip Top Bindery, Mundy Bros. and BCW Bindery and is owned by AdMill Group.

Elite Bindery's plant of 110,000 sq. Ft. and was once a Canada Post Processing plant. Now with a staff of 240 people is the largest trade bindery in Toronto, if not Ontario. With almost all finishing services including: perfect binding, saddle sticking, mechanical binding, High-speed inserting, folding of all types, cutting, drilling, collating, die-cutting, foil stamping , embossing, numbering , eyeleting, stringing, index tabbing, polybagging, inkjet & mailing and tipping.
