CCL Buying Sleever International
TORONTO—
CCL Industries Inc., has signed a binding agreement to acquire Sleever International Company. Sleever® Group a global leader in sleeve label solutions, automated application machinery, and customized packaging. Serves the consumer packaged goods and healthcare markets worldwide. Headquarters near Paris and 11 manufacturing sites across Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, China and Brazil with 910 employees.

CCl was ranked as Canada's 11 th largest printer in Graphic Monthly's list of top printers. CCL Industries a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock exchange.
