—  Two Sides Europe is launching a new week-long event to encourage the industry to collectively champion paper and sustainability to consumers and businesses. Love Paper Week will run from 3-7 February 2025 and Two Sides said it encouraged all printers, paper merchants, packaging manufacturers and others who operate within the sector to support the initiative and use the materials available to inform their clients, customers and consumers more widely about why paper is such a sustainable, effective and attractive medium. 37% of consumers believe that paper and paper packaging are bad for the environment, while only 18% believe the paper recycling rate exceeds 60%, when it is actually 79%, the highest of any material, according to Two Sides’ own findings .
