Makin Promoted to Director of Development with National Print and Sign Owners Association. Makin served as the President and CEO of Printing Industries of America (PIA) for almost 20 years before its merger with Printing United Alliance. Prior to that he was the President of the Canadian Printing Industries Association. select group of clients outside the printing industry.The National Print & Sign Owners Association serves a broad audience involved in the graphic communications industry, which includes printing and copying firms, and those firms offering mailing services, sign-making and large format printing.
