 Sales are  down 22.5 percent year over year $7.022 billion of full year  revenue. $1.930 billion of  revenue in last quarter , up 9.2 percent compared to fourth quarter of 2019. The pandemic has significantly impacted their sales of equipment and  supplies as businesses.  Xerox expect  improvement concurrent with office building reopenings and the roll-out of vaccinations, which is anticipated to allow more of our customers' employees to return to the office.  Xerox announced its intention to stand up its Software, Financing and Innovation organizations as separate and distinct businesses by 2022.
