Xerox Sales Down By 22.5 % for 2020
NORWALK, CONN—
Sales are down 22.5 percent year over year $7.022 billion of full year revenue. $1.930 billion of revenue in last quarter , up 9.2 percent compared to fourth quarter of 2019. A 26% decrease in high-end colour installs reflecting primarily lower installs of Xerox's lower-end Versant devices and of their Iridesse and iGen productions systems, partially offset by
higher installs of the Baltoro cut-sheet inkjet press and higher installs in the U.S. of our continuous-feed color systems . The pandemic has significantly impacted their sales of equipment and supplies as businesses. Xerox expect improvement concurrent with office building reopenings and the roll-out of vaccinations, which is anticipated to allow more of our customers' employees to return to the office. Xerox announced its intention to stand up its Software, Financing and Innovation organizations as separate and distinct businesses by 2022.
