Kodak Looking at Selling Flexo Division

Kodak is looking at the possibility of selling off it's flexible-packaging division. The division sell flexo plates and equipment for the label packaging segment of the printing industry. The division does about $145 million in sales and generates $31 million in profit.
 
It is rumoured that the flexible-packaging division could sell for more that $400 million. The current market capitalization value of Kodak is $258 million. Kodak filed for  bankruptcy in 2012. After emerging from bankruptcy they focused on the printing industry.
