Vistaprint Building $50 million Dallas Plant.

Vistaprint is building a new $55 million plant in Dallas, Texas. The Plant will be 322,000 square feet. It  will employe about 600 people with 150 white collar jobs and 450 manufacturing jobs. The City of Dallas is giving Vistaprint $1.7 tax incentives. Including $300,000 in job training.
 
Vistaprints largest plant in North America is in Windsor Ontario. Vistaprint says the new plant will not effect the Canadian operation and will not effect any staff. The new Dallas plant is being made for sales growth. Vistaprint is Canada's second largest printer with 3/4 of a billion in sales. About 85% of the Windsor plant sales are shipped across the Detroit River to the US.
