Stephen Rider dies
HUNTSVILLE, ONT.—Stephen Rider, longtime industry member, died Sunday June 20, following a battle with cancer.
Rider worked for about 10 years as sales manager of Schomberg, Ont.—based Magnum Manufacturing Ltd., says colleague Mike Speller. Following his time there, he opened a retirement home in Huntsville, Ont. which was later sold.
Speller says Rider recently returned to Magnum as sales manager to help during a time of expansion. “He was a great guy, charismatic. He will be missed,” says Speller.
