Morris Printing Systems Ltd. in receivership
VICTORIA, B.C.—Morris Printing Systems Ltd., a group which includes Morris Printing, Rolex Plastics and On Demand Manuals is in receivership. Hayes McNeill & Partners Ltd. is the court-appointed receiver and manager of the company and was brought in November 10, said Hayes agent Marty Eakins.
“It is business as usual from the customer point of view,” he said. “We are operating all divisions with the view of selling them as a going concern.” The Rolex division, Morris Printing division and On Demand Manual division are all going to be sold but Eakins would not confirm when the sale will take place.
Morris Printing was established in 1950 and has an estimated sales volume of $3,000,000 to $4,999,999.
