Simard brings more than three decades of hands-on experience in the flexographic printing and converting industry. With 32 years of industry experience, Simard has developed extensive knowledge in both narrow web and wide web flexographic printing. His career includes leadership positions in technical management, machine installation and servicing, mechanical troubleshooting, colour management, ink technology, printing applications, lamination processes, and prepress operations. Anderson & Vreeland provides  manufacturer and distributor of Digital Print & flexographic printing equipment to flexographic printer , a privately-held company with over 50 years experience providing customer service to the flexographic printing industry.  Anderson & Vreeland bought the flexographic consumable assets from Grimco in 2023.
