 Deluxe announced that it has entered into agreement to acquire Celero Commerce ("Celero"), a financial technology company focused on optimized payment solutions for small to mid-sized businesses and strategic partners, for $625 million. The transaction advances the ongoing Deluxe transformation strategy to shift the revenue mix towards higher growth Payments and Data segments.
Deluxe Corporation has sales $535 million including their Canadian operation.

Post-closing, the combined Payments and Data businesses are expected to increase to 57% of 2026 revenue, compared to 31% in 2020.  Deluxe is the largest cheque printer in the US and also owns NEBS Business Products in Midland, Ontario, now Deluxe Canada was listed as Canada's 20th largest printer. Deluxe Canada out of Midland prints cheques, stationary and business forms. Estimated to be doing sales of $50 million plus. Deluxe Corp sold their Safeguard dealer division in February to Proforma.
