 City Press has announced the installation of the new HP Indigo 18K Value Pack, marking a significant expansion of its HP Indigo offering. This upgrade transitions City Press from its initial HP Indigo 15K installation to full HP Indigo 18K value pack, unlocking new levels of automation, substrate versatility and nonstop productivity for customers. With the HP Indigo 18K Value Pack, City Press now benefits from enhanced media handling, improved automation, AI-supported tools, and HP’s next-generation print quality management capabilities. Through HP Indigo’s Liquid Electrophotography (LEP) technology, 7-colour printing, and expanded substrate range, the upgraded system enables true offset-calibre results while accelerating production speeds.

Founded in 1932, City Press is in the heart of Winnipeg offers commercial printing — offset printing or digital printing. Equipment includes offset presses , digital presses letterpresses and wide format. Installing the new digital press means City  Print jobs that were previously delivered through offset print, such as traditional presentation folders can now run at lower quantities, while only printing what is needed.
