 Canon has launched the ColorStream 7000 series, a new web-fed inkjet press family designed for mid range production. The ColorStream 7075, 7100, and 7127, offering production speeds from 48 to 127m/min and monthly volumes of up to 56 million A4 impressions.It is available in both mono and full colour configurations and Canon said customers could select a system that fits their current requirements

and scale with the platform over time. The new series features native 600dpi printheads and highly pigmented, water-based inks with Canon DigiDot multi-level inkjet technology, “delivering smooth tones and rich density that achieve perceived 1,200dpi print quality on standard offset uncoated, recycled and inkjet treated papers." The ColorStream 7000 series will be available in Canada starting in the second half of 2026.
