 Durst has acquired the majority stake in Spanish cutting systems company Hasler Solutions. The Hasler equipment range includes the 5.1m-wide Magna production cutter, available in various lengths between 2.5m and 5.3m, and with a cutting speed up to 120m/min. solutions for all markets, such as graphic industry, tech. textile and composite, textile and leather industry.  Hasler managing director and co-owner Marc Hasler, who Gamper described as “the driving force behind the business”, is staying on as part of the deal. Durst is a major equipment for digital printing including large-format, labels and corrugated. In the last tow years Durst has bought Callus Software.
