Imperial Dade Canada Buying Enterprise Paper

Imperial Dade Canada, headquartered in Mississauga, Ont., has entered an agreement to acquire Enterprise Paper. Founded in 1973, Enterprise distributes paper, packaging and janitorial products through locations in British Columbia and Alberta. Imperial Dade, meanwhile, was acquired in 2022 by Imperial Bag and Paper and has grown since as a distributor of food-service packaging and janitorial supplies.

Seventh acquisition in Canada since buying Veritiv Canada 2022.

The acquisition will expand Imperial Dade’s presence as a distributor and, at the same time, Enterprises’ variety of products for its customers. Imperial Date formally Veritiv Canada was Canada's second largest paper merchant also sells janitorial and hygiene products print and foodservice packaging products. Unisource and Xepedex were renamed Veritiv when they merged in 2014. The transaction represents the 90th acquisition for Imperial Dade. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
