 Epson is launching the SureColor G9000 a new high production direct-to-film printer that will enhance speed, reliability and ease of maintenance for commercial garment decorators and textile producers.Direct-to-film printing creates heat transfers that can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, leather, and rigid surfaces. symmetrical nozzle arrangement, inks and software and builds on the company’s existing SC-G6000 printer. The new machine integrates PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology, a built-in front heater and large 1.6l UltraChrome DF ink pouches for sustained throughput. A default 1,200x600dpi resolution offers faster production speeds with higher image quality compared to previous models, while a new built-in after-heater prevents ink dripping and expands media compatibility. The device can handle rolls up to 1.626m wide and features a 4.3-inch touchscreen, signal lamp, and internal print-area lighting for clear visual feedback during production. The SureColor G9000  will ship with Epson Edge Print Pro and Fiery Digital Factory Epson Production Edition RIP software.
