WAKAYAMA,JAPAN—  Duplo has launched the new DC-ST100 Inline Stacker, a fully automated, high-capacity stacker designed to integrate seamlessly with the DC-648 and DC-746 slitter/cutter/creasers. The ST100 automatically stacks cut jobs from business card size up to A4, handling up to six times the capacity of a standard dropping stacker. Intelligent PC-controlled job separation by sheet or card count is said to ensure output is pre-sorted for rapid packing and dispatch, while automatic size changeovers allow production to keep running without manual adjustments. Compatible with a wide range of small-format work (230–400gsm, 50–216mm length) and up to five-across layouts, Duplo said the ST100 fits directly into existing workflows, whether operators are running single short runs or high-mix batches for web-to-print fulfilment. DUPLO SEIKO is based in Wakayama, Japan bought Swiss based Multgraf last year.
