Data Communication Management (DCM) revenues were $113.8 million in the second quarter vs. $125.8 million in 2024. Gross profit as a percentage of revenues of 26.8% compared to 27.3% in 2024. SG&A expenses decreased to $19.9 million vs. $22.5 million in the prior year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA1 represented 14.6% of revenue vs. 13.4% in Q2 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $16.6 million vs. $16.9 million in 2024.

DCM says several factors have created this including uncertainty about trade policies, including tariffs, the direction of the  economy, and the ongoing labour issues at Canada Post have driven continued market headwinds. These factors have  negatively impacted business confidence, resulting in client budget reductions, delayed orders, and inventory drawdowns.DCM is the third largest printer in Canada behind Transcontinental and VistaPrint. DCM has 15 plants across Canada including  B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
