HP and Benny Landa have a long history, as HP acquire Landa’s pioneering Indigo digital press business back in 2001. Landa’s B1 sheetfed inkjet presses could be slot into HP’s existing industrial printing product range, with B2 its biggest sheetfed currently. Landa Digital business reportedly has more than $500m in debt, and any buyer will have to reach an agreement with its creditors. The court protection is currently set to expire at the end of this month.
