Ricoh Sells Avanti To Print ePS Software

 Ricoh announced the sale of Avanti Computer Systems (Avanti) Canadian print MIS provider to eProductivity Software (Print ePS), headquartered in Pennsylvania, United States.Avanti provides MIS workflow for mid-sized and large commercial printers. Based in Toronto, the business serves hundreds of customers across the UK, US, and Canada.

Print ePS said the deal, would strengthen its position in the midmarket print segment and expanded its global technology portfolio. Print ePS’ suite of cloud-based, AI-powered products is designed to drive automation, efficiency, and profitability for print businesses, featuring intelligent estimating, scheduling, and data-driven workflow optimization to reduce costs and accelerate production. The company said the addition of Avanti strengthened its ability to meet the growing demand for connected, automated, and highly scalable print MIS platforms. Avanti Systems’ 45 staff have been taken on as part of the deal and there are no anticipated changes to their current work locations.
