In 2025, the print industry is at the forefront of exciting changes. Shifts in consumer demand, sustainability priorities, and the rise of automation are reshaping how businesses approach labels and packaging. Here’s a glimpse of what’s ahead: 1) Customized Labels on the Rise: Digital printing continues to gain ground, now making up over 10% of pressure-sensitive label production. Expect to see brands using this technology to create more personalized, eye-catching designs.

2) Boom in Flexible Packaging: Flexible packaging is the fastest-growing segment in print, driven by the increasing demand for quick-turnaround and customizable solutions. It has seen strong growth in 2024, and 2025 promises even greater innovation to address evolving consumer needs.
3)Sustainability Meets Innovation: Folding carton and corrugated packaging sectors are navigating pressures around material costs and sustainability. Next year, digital solutions will play a larger role in creating eco-friendly, efficient packaging options.
4)AI Meets Print: In 2024, HP began testing AI capabilities to enhance its customer support services. In 2025, this will scale, making print production smarter, faster, and more reliable than ever.
