Canadian Primoflex Systems Sold To Komori Chambon
CAMBRIDGE, ONTARIO—
Komori Chambon Group has completed the acquisition of CPS Canadian Primoflex Systems Inc.CPS Canadian Primoflex Systems Inc. (CPS), is a innovator in flexographic printing press technology, headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. CPS serves diverse industries including paperboard packaging, lottery tickets printing and pharmaceuticals. Canadian Primoflex Systems design and manufactures line of unique, modular, folding carton systems in both the CP and the LP series machines.
Komori Chambon Group manufactures equipment including, web offset, rotogravure, flexographic, hybrid printing and rotary die-cutting for the packaging industry. Komori Chambon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Komori Corporation, headquartered in Orléans (France) is a group of industrial and printing equipment companies operating globally. CPS’s will strengthen Komori Chambon Group presence in North American while expanding its global technological capabilities.
