MIDDLEBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS—  eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired MIS specialist Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS). EPMS has more than 200 customers, mainly located in North America. Its product range with modules covering Estimating,Customer Service, Production, and Financial. EPMS also offers integrations with a host of popular third-party systems, including workflow, web-to-print, accounting and shipping systems. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. ePS said the deal would grow its presence in the small and midsize print segment. ePS offers integrated, automated, and purpose-built software technology for MIS and ERP, eCommerce, and industry-specific point solutions. ePS is a serial acquirer of MIS developers, with its most recent buy prior to this latest deal being last year’s takeover of UK firm Tharstern. EPMS is a family business that was founded 35 years ago.
