Sad to see my former company struggle like this. I am in the packaging sector so I don't understand how they are struggling there. We are busier than ever. Have more work than we can do in house. One of the big issues they have is loosing all the best/experienced people when they close plants. No long term thinking, they just axe everyone no matter the contribution they have and could still make.
