U.K.—  Software Circle has sold the domain to acquisitive US group JAL Equity Corp for $2.3 million. Printing.com was the original name of the print franchise business founded by Tony Rafferty with Online, Franchise Stores, Bolt-on Franchises and Company owned Stores about 20 years ago. Became  Grafenia, now Software Circle.  Printing.com is a UK-based printing company. Started in 1992, it has over 300 franchises in the UK and Ireland which are served from its production facility in Trafford Park, Manchester, UK. Also has stores in France, the Netherlands, the USA and New Zealand. JAL Equity Corp out of Florida has made a raft of print, merchandise and marketing acquisitions in the US ( Response Envelope, Husky Envelope, American Stationery, Growmail. Prolist, money mailer, Southland Envelope, Dual Print & Mail, Knepper Press, Las Vegas Color Graphics, Frye-Williamson Press, LebcoGraphics, Cenveo, Desert Paper & Envelope, Hudson Printing Express Printers and its existing e-commerce brands include Marketing.com and Tshirts.com. Brant Instore in Brantford Ontario was sold to JAL Equity in 2023.
