 Data Communications Management(DCM) has reported its 2023 year results. This is the first year that includes it acquisition of RR Donnelly Canada ( Moore Canada) . The numbers include Revenues of $447.7 million were up +63.5%, or +$173.9 million vs. 2022. Gross profit of $118.9 million increased +41.2%. Adjusted EBITDA¹ was $53.4 million for the full year, an increase of +30.3% vs. the prior year.Total credit facilities outstanding at year-end

of $101.9 million, down approximately -30.0% since the MCC acquisition.Net debt, after deducting a $16.1 million cash balance (net of bank overdraft), was $84.2 million, down -39.0% since that time. DCM has became the third largest printer in Canada with sales of over $400 million. DCM will now have 15 plants across Canada including  B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
