Bellwyck Packaging has been bought by American MAX Solutions. Bellwyck manufactures folding cartons, labels, and rigid packaging in three manufacturing sites located in Ontario and British Columbia. For 80 years Bellwyck has focusing on premium packaging for the the pharma & healthcare, cosmetics & fragrance, wine & spirits and confectionary markets. Over the last 17 years, John Vella and Jeff Sziklai, co-CEOs and owners of Bellwyck have built the company to three plants in Ontario and British Columbia.

MAX Solutions founded by industry veterans Marc Shore and Dennis Kaltman in 2021. Both Marc and Kaltman have operated in Canada before with Multi Packaging Solutions and before that, Shorewood Packaging, dating back to 1984. The company has four American plants in North Carolina , Pennsalvania and California . Max Solutions acquired Ellis Packaging that operated three printing plants in Ontario in 2022. The funding for MAX Solutions has been provided by Jefferson Capital Partners, Ltd. a private equity firm out of Richmond, Virginia.
