Cober Increasing Main Plant to 200,000 Sq. Ft.

Expanded plant to over 200,000 sq. ft. will be one of the largest in South West Ontario

Cober, announces a significant expansion to their HQ facility in Kitchener, Ontario This investment comes as they continue to experience unprecedented growth. " The additional square footage will support our current growth and allow for us to continue to scale into the future both in the manufacturing and warehousing markets." says Todd Cober, President of Cober.

107 year old printer, with locations in Kitchener and Barrie, Ontario. They are listed as Canada's 66th largest printer .

Their current facility is approximately 80,000 square feet. Made up of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of office space and about 70,000 sq. ft. of industrial space. The plan for their expansion is to add an additional 120,000 sq. ft., which will be made up of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of additional office space and 110,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, bringing our total square footage to approximately 200,000. They are hopeful that by the summer of 2024, this 150% increase in space will be ready for use.
