 Agfa’s long-planned sale of its Offset Solutions business unit has finally been completed at the beginning of April. Based in Belgian, Agfa agreed to sell the division to Aurelius Group in a deal nearly eight months ago. Offset Solutions Division was created in early 2021, the largest division accounting for 38% of total sales, includes offset plates, graphic film, software, chemicals, equipment and services. includes offset plates, graphic film, software, chemicals, equipment and services.

Agfa closed its North American offset printing plate plant in 2018, as part of its plan to optimize global production capacity  for printing plates."  A major turnaround in its performance saw the operation post sales up 4.2% to €779m in calendar year 2022. Agfa's Offset Solutions  business had a global market share of around 20%. Agfa’s continuing business for the graphic arts industry includes inkjet printing and inks for sign and display, and industrial applications as well as synthetic papers. The Agfa acquired Inca Digital Printers in 2022.
