 Grimco has sold their offset division to Technorol. The offset division was originally Ernest Green that was bought by Cobalt Graphics which was spun off from Cansel . Cobalt Graphics was created by Cansel by combining Ernest Green & Son with the graphic arts divisions of 7 other acquisitions they had made over 8 years. Grimco Canada ( US owned)  is a distributor to the sign and wide format industry.

Technorol is a Quebec based manufacturer of rollers , offset blanket converter and distributor of press room supplies. This acquisition will give Technorol a national presence .  Technorol previous acquisitions include Papco and Graphic Innivachon both sold to the offset side of the printing industry.
