Transcontinental has to release its 2020 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Progress Report, which outlines the results achieved in the course of its three-year 2019-2021 Acting Together CSR Plan and its 11 objectives around four axes: its employees, its operations, its products and its communities. Highlights of the report include innovative projects related to the Company's  commitment to the circular economy of plastics and the reduction of the corporation’s carbon footprint.

Some highlights include: Transcontinental  continued efforts to achieve an average use rate  of 10% PCR  (post-consumer  recycled)  content by weight for  all  plastic  packaging  in its   product  portfolio by 2025.  They  launched the IntegrititeTM collation shrink film made from  30%  PCR plastic. This new packaging is used for the printed case shrink  wrap  of  AHA®  Sparkling  Water, a brand of The Coca-Cola . Transcontinental   have developed and qualified a version ofIntegritite containing  50%  PCR plastic, an industry first,  leveraging the expertise of their new Recycling Group
