Cochrane Returns to Data and Lund Buys Up 10% of Company
BRAMPTON—
Data Communication Management (DMC) has said that Gregory Cochrane, DCM’s Chief Executive Officer, is expected to resume his full-time responsibilities effective September 30, 2020, following a temporary medical leave of absence. It was announced by J.R. Kingsley Ward, Chairman of DCM’s board of directors. Also it was announces Chris Lund, Chief Innovation Officer, has acquired additional common shares of DCM.
Mr. Lund and his spouse, will now hold more than 10% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Mr. Lund is a participant in the Company's employee share ownership plan. Mr. Lund has beneficial ownership of, or control over, 4,310,761 Common Shares, representing 10.01% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. At the beginning of September DCM reported a profit of $6.4 million compared to a loss of $4.1 million the year before despite a drop in sales.
