Vistaprint First Yearly Sales Drop In 20 Years
WINDSOR , ONTARIO—
Cimpress ( parent of Vistaprint) total sales for the last year ending 30 June was down 10% at $2.48 billion , sales for the last quarter had slumped by 36% because of the pandemic. This is the first time in twenty that yearly sales have fallen . Sales for the Vistaprint , Cimpress biggest division, Vistaprint, sales fell from $1.5 billion to $1.34 billion,
Cimpress founder Robert Keane has described the effects on business of the Covid-19 pandemic as akin to being “punched hard in the stomach”. Cimpress also refinanced some debt in order to pay down existing debt, giving it more flexibility down the road.
