Data Sales Down $39.9 million Loss of $7.4 Million

Data Communications Management (DCM) announces its consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2019. Revenues of $282.9 million, compared to $322.8 million in the prior year.Adjusted net loss of $7.4 million, compared to Adjusted net income of $5.6 million the prior comparative period .

Excluding the effects of adopting IFRS 16, Adjusted net loss was $5.8 million. Gross margin as a percentage of revenue largely unchanged at 24.5% from the prior year, despite ERP impact on business . A new software system has resulted in the significant disruption in DCM’s business caused by the implementation of a new ERP system since June 3, 2019, the Company’s liquidity has been constrained by delays in production, shipments and billings to its customers. Data Communications is listed as Canada's fourth largest printer on Graphic Monthly's Top Printer in Canada.
