Solisco Acquires Norecob
SCOTT, QUEBEC—
Solisco, has announced the acquisition of Norecob. Norecob plant is in St. Jules Quebec with about 90 employees, 2 half webs, 5 colour 40 and a Timson Bookpress . They specialties in catalogues, books, magazines and promotional material. Pierre McCann. Norecob's former president will become Solisco's Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.Both companies are in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec .
Founded in 1991,Solisco specializes in print and distribution, as well as content strategy and graphic design. It employs nearly 400 people who contribute to the success of its growing clientele in Quebec, Canada and the United States. Solisco was listed as Canada's 16th largest printer in Canada by Graphic Monthly.
