Muller Martini KM610 adding 40% capacity to Canada's largest Case bindery

Multi Bookbinding is Canada’s largest hardcover book trade bindery, producing runs ranging from 100 copies to 50,000. Recently, has installed a  Muller Martini’s KM610 perfect binder. The purchase was spurred by increased demand for hardcover bookbinding in North America, particularly within the United States. Run requests are getting shorter and make-readies  needed to shorten . "The KM610 has cut makereadies in half.”said  Multi Bookbinding’s President, Yvon Sauvageau. 

 Multi Bookbinding  founded  over 30 years ago , specialized in book repair and yearbook production. Today, it is one of Canada’s largest bookbinders with a growing customer base in the United States. Able to bind  more than seven million books a year, the company specializes in hard- and softcover binding. Its 62,000 square foot facility is equipped with high-performance bookbinding equipment, ensuring large production capacity and quick turnaround.
