Canadian Printco bought by Copywell

Copywell has bought Canadian Printco. Canadian Printco specialized in black and white printing of instruction books, directories, soft bound books and financial printing. They had sales of around $2.5 million. Canadian Printco equipment included cold set web presses , sheetfed presses and digital presses
. Michael O'Connell President and some of the employees will be moving over to the Copywell plant. Most of Canadian Printco equipment will be sold off.

Copywell has a 35,000 sq. ft. plant in Vaughan . With sales in the $8 to $10 million range. They are a digital printer that specializes in book and directory printing . Last year they bought one of Ricoh's VC 60000 inkjet web presses. Copywell has bought several companies over the years.
