GERMANY—  Landa has sold it's Metallography technology to Altana of Gremany. Benny Landa introduced this technology at the last Drupa. Metallography is aimed at the foil-transfer market to replace cold or hot foil. I claims to be half the cost of hot foil. The sale will allow Landa to focus on it Nanography printing technology. 
    Altana specializes in inks, coatings and adhesives for the packaging industry. Altana is also an investor in Landa.
