Lowe-Martin acquires RP Graphics
OTTAWA, ON—The Lowe-Martin Group has finalized an agreement to acquire RP Graphics Group Limited, a Mississauga-based full-service print provider since 1958. The acquisition will takes affect on Feb. 1.
RP Graphics owner George Mazzaferro will continue with the firm, as a member of Lowe-Martin’s executive team and RP Graphics president Marc Fortier will manage Lowe-Martin’s business in Toronto.
“We have always worked to be on the leading edge of developments in our industry,” Mazzaferro said. “Joining the Lowe-Martin Group will take our capabilities to another level.”
With the acquisition Lowe-Martin’s offerings now include: publications printing for more than 275 titles, high-quality offset printing, direct and multi-channel marketing, online ordering, mobile application development, wide-format printing, and distribution.
“We continue to bring great service and great products to the market,” Ward Griffin, CEO of the Lowe-Martin Group, said. “This acquisition strengthens our offset and digital printing offering, expands our mailing services and gives us more wide-format options. With the addition of RP Graphics to our team, the Lowe-Martin Group can deliver the highest-quality products at any run length. Our customers can look to us for all their printing, distribution and mailing needs.”
Lowe-Martin, a printing and marketing services provider has been in operation since 1908. With 480 employees, it operates plants in both Mississauga and Ottawa.
