AURORA, ON—Avant Imaging & Information Management Inc. (AIIM) has acquired the assets of Ricoh Document Management’s (RDM) Aurora-based print facility.

“The combination of this facility with our current services will widen our offering to our clients enabling us to provide new services and strengthen those that we currently deliver,” Mario Giorgio, CEO of AIIM said. “We look forward to bringing together the two operations to deliver the most comprehensive suite of document management services available.”

The facility will continue to serve clients, as Avant Imaging & Information Management and employees will continue on in their current roles. AIIM is a privately owned companythat operates an 80, 000 sq. ft. factory with 90 full-time employees and provides print management and data driven digital print communications.
