Gary Hughes moves from Muller Martini
BRAMPTON, ON—Gary Hughes has transitioned from his role at Muller Martini as director of global packaging, to a position as president and chief executive officer at Brampton Engineering.

Hughes had been with Muller Martini since 2002. Prior to his global packaging appointment in January, a newly created position, Hughes was president and chief executive officer of Muller Martini Canada. Before joining the Switzerland-based manufacturer, he served a 16-year stint at Husky Injection Molding.

"I am excited to join Brampton Engineering at this time in its history," stated Hughes. "As a leader in the multi-layer barrier blown film market, the company is seeing growth in sales to both existing and new customers. The company is well positioned to support its customers in the expanding food, medical and industrial packaging industries globally. I look forward to leading its next phase of growth," he said.
