Cascades debuts eco-friendly inkjet paper
CHICAGO—Cascades launched its new uncoated fine paper for inkjet printing at Print 13 on Sept. 9. Called Enviro Jet, the stock is made of 100% post-consumer fiber.
The paper was demonstrated at the Canon booth on an Oce ColorStream press. Normand Champagne, general sales and marketing director at Cascades, said the paper meets strict environmental standards while still being able to produce vivid colour at high-volume production levels.

Enviro Jet was specially designed for direct mail, transactional documents and books, and is pre-treated to work with both pigment and dye ink machines.
