Drytac taps Vanderweide to oversee Canada
TORONTO—Following Drytac's acquisition of Multi-Tac in Toronto, the manufacturer of adhesive-coated products has named Paul Vanderweide as the new operations manager for Drytac Canada.
Vanderweide (pictured on left) previously served as president of Macula Technik, a large format digital equipment provider. In his new role, he will supervise the coating, converting and distribution of all products from Drytac's Concord and Brampton, Ont. facilities, where he will also be in charge of production and quality control.
Drytac's purchase of Multi-Tac brings Multi-Tac's Canadian business in contact with Drytac's existing presence across the continent and overseas. As a result, Vanderweide will also work closely with customers and suppliers throughout North America and Europe.
